I’m Sherif Wahba, a documentary photographer working between Cairo and Riyadh and available internationally. I photograph people, places and gatherings through the details that usually sit outside the official story.

The work ranges from a 700,000-person festival in the Saudi desert to long roads through Sinai, the Nile corridor and European cities. I work lightly, stay attentive and edit for the feeling of having been there.

For cultural organizations, festivals, publications and hospitality teams, I build photographic stories that can live as campaigns, editorial essays, archives and exhibitions.
